Realme X2 – Realme was the point of discussion for tech enthusiasts around the world. This is due to the incredible growth of realme since May 2018, becoming the world’s fastest-growing (renowned) smartphone company. Realme proactively launched new smartphones covering every segment after kicking it off in the budget smartphone segment and even set a new benchmark with the Realme X2 Pro for affordable flagships. India is Realme’s key market and sees the company’s maximum launches. Today, another smartphone is being released that was announced at the unveiling of the Realme XT and also awaited by the gamers among the fan community of Realme.
The Realme X2 is launched in India today and the smartphone, as we know from previous releases in China and Europe, is almost the same as the Realme XT. The Realme X2 comes with the same 64MP quad-camera design, the same hyperbola-inspired rear glass design–although with a new color version, the same Super AMOLED with a knot, and similar RAM / storage configurations. What has changed, though, is the smartphone-powered chipset and this is one of the most exciting upgrades here.
The control of the Realme X2 is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 G mobile platform. The Snapdragon 730 G is designed for gaming and will offer a tremendous quality and graphics upgrade over the Snapdragon 712 which power the Realme XT. In addition to the new chipset, Realme X2 also supports faster 30W charging, promising to refill the 4,000mAh battery in less than 70 minutes.
The quad camera contains, in terms of imaging, a 64MP Samsung ISOCELL Bright GW1 sensor, an 8MP wide-angle lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro camera. The selfie camera has been revised and is now a 32MP sensor on the Realme XT instead of the 16MP. The front camera now supports the front camera’s4-in-1 pixel binning with Nightscape mode.
Realme also released the Realme X2 as a new color model while keeping the other two colors from the XT. The name of the new color is Pearl Green.
